Great room with comfy beds and perfect Wi-Fi. Minor downside—luggage storage is limited.

The location near Rapoldi Park is perfect for those who enjoy nature. It's about a 15-minute walk to the main station, with a tram stop right across the street, making it easy to navigate the city. I loved the breakfast options. a mix of hot and cold foods. Freshly squeezed orange juice—a refreshing treat each morning. The spacious, beautifully decorated room had a modern bathroom with a massive shower, and the room felt very comfortable overall. A couple of things detracted from the stay. The air conditioning had a frustrating automatic shut-off after a few hours, leaving the room uncomfortably warm at night. I woke up a couple of times needing to reset it, which disrupted my sleep. Additionally, I noticed some noise from outside, especially since the hotel is under the flight path for Innsbruck Airport, although it settled down at night. For those with larger vehicles, the parking access could be tricky due to a tight entrance.

nice hotel but a bit noisy
The staff in the breakfast room were particularly friendly, making mornings pleasant. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet, especially the freshly brewed coffee and tasty hot options. The room had a beautiful view of the mountains, which made my stay even more enjoyable.
The location felt a bit isolated after dark.

Vending machines available for snacks and drinks offer quick convenience. Clean room with a comfortable feel makes it easy to relax after a long day.
Location feels a bit isolated after dark, making evening strolls slightly daunting. The reception and bar sharing the same space leads to an uncomfortable mingling of noise, particularly during busy hours. Towels, while newly provided, left a lot of fluff around, which was an annoying detail that shouldn't happen.

The staff were incredibly helpful, making every interaction pleasant. The room was comfortable with ample space, ensuring a restful sleep. Breakfast offered a delightful variety, and I especially enjoyed the stunning city view from my window.
The parking price seemed quite high compared to other options.
